Nestlé’s Maggi brand has recently launched the Maggi Air Fryer Crispy Coating, enhancing the air fryer experience amid a surge in demand for convenient cooking solutions. With 33 percent of households globally owning an air fryer, Nestlé aims to diversify consumers’ air fryer dishes through an expanding array of recipes and flavors. The products were introduced in the key markets of the United Kingdom and Malaysia.
In the United Kingdom, where air fryers rank as the third most popular cooking appliance and ownership is at 58 percent, three new Maggi Air Fryer Crispy Coating mixes were added to the existing Maggi Air Fryer Seasonings. The innovative coatings, which are among the first introduced in the market, deliver exceptional crispiness and taste, available in Crispy Southern Style, Crispy Katsu Style, and Crispy Korean BBQ Style.
Danielle McAreavey, Head of Marketing for Maggi UK and Ireland, remarked on the success of the Maggi Air Fryer Seasonings and emphasized that the new coatings offer variety while facilitating the preparation of healthy meals. The aim is to inspire home cooks to explore flavorful and diverse recipes suitable for entertaining or busy family dinners.
In Malaysia, where 42 percent of households own an air fryer, Nestlé has introduced a Satay variant and repositioned existing marinade mixes to enrich the air fryer offering. Consumers can enjoy authentic flavors by marinating and air frying as part of a simple two-step process.
