Nissan Magnite Makes Its Middle East Debut in Saudi Arabia

Nissan has launched the left-hand-drive Magnite in Saudi Arabia, the first Middle Eastern market to receive the vehicle. Priced from SAR 66,699, the Magnite features a modern design, advanced technology, and a turbocharged engine. It aims to cater to diverse customer needs while reinforcing Nissan’s commitment to innovation and versatility in the region.

Nissan has officially launched the new left-hand-drive Magnite in Saudi Arabia, marking its debut in the Middle East. The vehicle is priced from SAR 66,699 and was introduced at a ceremony in Riyadh. Following its unveiling in Delhi, India in October 2024, Saudi Arabia becomes the first location globally to feature this model, as Nissan expands into additional regional markets as part of their global strategy, ‘One Car, One World’.

The Magnite features a striking exterior design with a prominent grille, high ground clearance, diamond-cut alloy wheels, and various two-tone color options. Inside, it offers a modern cabin adorned with leather accents and advanced technologies, including a 7-inch fully digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with amenities such as remote engine start and an air ionizer.

Under the hood, the Magnite is powered by a turbocharged 1.0-litre engine that produces 100 PS and 152Nm of torque. Safety features include an Around-View Monitor, ABS, Electronic VDC, Auto Headlamps, and side curtain airbags, all designed to enhance driver security and confidence while on the road.

The vehicle’s spacious interior comfortably accommodates five passengers, combining practicality with dynamic styling at a competitive price starting at SAR 66,699. Thierry Sabbagh, divisional vice president of Nissan in the Middle East, expressed enthusiasm about introducing the Magnite, emphasizing the vehicle’s alignment with Nissan’s vision for innovation and accessibility across the region.

Adib Takieddine, managing director of Nissan Saudi Arabia, noted that the Magnite transcends basic transportation, appealing to customers seeking a vehicle that reflects their aspirations, while also delivering a strong value proposition with advanced technologies. Since its launch in December 2020, more than 150,000 units of the Magnite have been sold, and its production in Chennai demonstrates Nissan’s world-class manufacturing capabilities while expanding its availability to over 65 markets, starting with the Middle East in April 2025.
