The Niger State Police Command’s spokesperson, Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed the incident and the subsequent arrest of Mubarak. He stated, “It was reported that one Mubarak, who is suspected of insanity and also scavenging around Kwangila, had a fight with a passerby, Shamseen Danshehu…During the fight, the said scavenger stabbed Shamseen on the chest with scissors.” Abiodun further mentioned that Mubarak is now under investigation for his actions.
