The individual, identified as AC Patel, adopted the name Mohammad Najir Hussain but was apprehended and subsequently deported after U.S. authorities recognized the fraudulent act. According to reports from The Times of India, upon arrival at Delhi airport on February 12 on flight AA-292, Patel faced serious issues with immigration officials, who discovered that the passport he possessed was an actual lost document belonging to Mr. Hussain.
