The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts an increase in cloud cover across western regions of Libya, along with light to moderate rain beginning today in the southwest and tomorrow in the northwest. Winds may become active, especially in Ghadames, Hamada, and other northwest areas, possibly leading to dust storms. The northeast is expected to see cloud cover and light rain beginning tomorrow evening, with improved conditions anticipated by Saturday.

The NCM reports that temperatures will vary between 13°C and 18°C in northern areas, while southern regions will see temperatures between 16°C and 20°C, reaching 25°C in Ghat. A significant drop in temperature is expected on Friday in the southwestern areas.

1. From Ras Jadir to Sirte – Al-Jafara Plain – Jabal Nafusa (Northwest Libya): Partly cloudy skies will prevail with occasional light to moderate rain expected by tomorrow. Winds will be moderate to active, leading to potential dust storms. The temperature will range from 13°C to 18°C.

2. Gulf – Benghazi Plain up to Emssad (Northeast Libya): The region will experience increased cloudiness and light rain showers by tomorrow evening. Winds will be light to moderate, coming from the northeast to southeast, with temperatures ranging from 14°C to 18°C.

3. Al-Jufra – Sabha – Ghat – Ghadames – Hamada (Southwest Libya): Skies will be mostly cloudy, with possible light to moderate rain. Winds will be from the east to southeast, moderate to active, stirring dust and sand in Ghadames and Hamada. Temperatures will range between 17°C and 20°C, reaching up to 25°C in Ghat.

4. The Oases – Sarir – Tazirbo – Kufra (Southeast Libya): Cloud cover will increase intermittently in this area. Winds will be light to moderate from the east to southeast, with temperatures between 16°C and 19°C.
